Join Societas as a key leader in overseeing our European production operations. Collaborate with premium material suppliers across Europe to coordinate production processes for a wide variety of collections and partnerships, including cutting-edge sportswear, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the sourcing of top-tier fabrics, trims, and packaging materials from suppliers across Europe
- Manage the procurement and logistics of production materials, ensuring efficiency and timeliness
- Develop technical drawings and production worksheets to guide production teams
- Plan, organize, and manage the entire production cycle across multiple European sites to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Maintain clear and effective communication of production updates and changes with suppliers and partners
- Uphold stringent quality control standards, monitoring product quality throughout production
- Ensure continuous collaboration with manufacturers and production partners across Europe to maintain smooth operations
- Support the sportswear production process from design through dispatch, including assisting with shoots and promotions
- Regularly travel to production sites throughout Europe to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
YOUR PROFILE
- Formal education in textiles or an equivalent qualification in the apparel or sportswear industry
- 5+ years of experience in production management or product development, with experience in sportswear
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and ERP systems
- Business fluency in German and English; additional European languages are an asset
- A proactive, self-driven leader with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple production sites across Europe
